To my beloved author,
It was Tuesdays with Morrie, that made me an avid fan, I didn’t know that you will write a story about Frankie. So yes, I am not excited to know #frankiepresto.
It was August 2014 when I read The First Phone Call from Heaven, so no, I’m not excited for #frankiepresto.
It was more than a year when I last read your words, Mitch. But no, I’m not excited for #frankiepresto.
It was July 2015 when I learned that a new book is coming, but still, I’m not excited for #frankiepresto.
I went twice in National Bookstore to ask for a pre-order, but that doesn’t mean I was excited to read #frankiepresto.
Just yesterday, I hurriedly went straight to the bookstore after office. Still, that doesn’t mean I’m excited for #frankiepresto.
A wide smile painted itself, as I see a lot of The Magic Strings copies displayed on book stand. Nope, that doesn’t mean I’m excited for #frankiepresto.
Finally, I have #frankiepresto. I am not excited for your new story, Mitch.
Because ‘excited’ is actually an understatement.

I am Rosema from the Philippines. And #IamPresto.
Photo’s mine.

Day 8: Reinvent the Letter Format
Some might say a post in the form of a letter is trite and overdone. But with the right approach and tone, a letter can tell a great story and get your message across (and it doesn’t have to be negative or bring shame upon another).
I love Mitch Albom and this kept me itching for PAYDAY! Yay! 😀

Haha! I’ve been waiting for this for quite sometime now so I got the budget last payday! It’s brilliantly moving. It’s great! I’m at Chapter 7 only but I need to pause because the words and the chapters deserve to be savor. It’s just.. great!

I love how you wrote you’re letter in the negative and how it communicated your excitement. Very creative approach!

Nice post. I have several Mitch Albom books but have only read one. They are on my list of books to get to. “For One More Day” – what I wouldn’t give for that. Forget a day, I’d be happy with just one more minute with my mom.

Yes, that’s true. Albom’s novels are just so relatable. That’s why I love them. 🙂 I hope you can read more from him. I promise that all his books are great reads. 🙂

It’s soooooo good to have the book now! I preordered it like, 3 weeks ago but when it’s finally available here, the online bookstore said they’re currently running out of books! I guess I’ll have to wait for another 2 weeks. 😦 I have a feeling that it’ll be great! Hope you enjoy it. 😀
