Not Needed (Inspired by Floodgates by Colbie Caillat)
Open the floodgates of your eyes
let your tears fall.
Unlock the chambers of your throat,
let your scream break walls.
Free your stuttering tongue,
let your words bleed.
Do them to excrete all your anger.
It’s not an emotion you need.

Beautiful photography and poetry. I also really enjoyed your playlist. I hadn’t heard all of these songs yet.

Love it Rosema. I love this and especially ‘Let your words bleed’.
So deep and emotional, that’s what we do when we are sad, or hurt, allow our words to bleed and scribe away the pain we endure.
Beautiful simply beautiful.

You know it’s okay to be upset and angry at someone. We always learned in church Jesus got angry, but he didnt sin in being angry. I think it’s more not letting the anger fester. Dealing with it and moving on. Great piece!

The pain in every post is so clearly visible. But also the strength. I see a fighter, a person who will not give up and will fight and eventually come out a winner. Here’s to a ton of cheers to that person ❤ ❤
