Don’t let world’s black smoke of grief
make your inner light dull.
Your soul’s brightness is not ephemeral.
My iridescent love, you are quintessential.

  8. Well chosen descriptive words for this poem. I guess they have to be so on point in such a short piece to be so effective. “Quintessential” – of the highest quality and “ephemeral” – lasting only a short while. The difference is very significant. Hope you are well Rosema. Thinking of you and hoping life is being kinder to you if late 🙂
