is it, is it
a triumph
to walk his
crushed carpet
of survival?

w-w-why
do we choose
to create home
inside crevices
so fragile?

is it called saving?
or is it suicidal?

  14. Wow, a poignant piece.This particular line really stood out to me…”is it a triumph to walk his crushed carpet of survival?” We do walk on others’ egg shells, the remnants of their past and pain. Sometimes it’s unavoidable.
