They say we’re yin yang.
I had a white, pristine life,
while yours is the blackest black.
But then what are colors,
when it comes to world of love?

The Wayra (Quechua – wind ) is a popular verse form of Peru and Bolivia. It appears it originated in an indigenous Quechua language but has found its way into Spanish literature. It is a short syllabic verse form found at Vole Central and some other sites around the internet.
The Wayra is:
- a pentastich, a poem in 5 lines.
- syllabic, 5-7-7-6-8
- unrhymed.
I guess love makes everything–and everyone–more colorful! Spirited poem, sister!

You pose an interesting questions. Perhaps, live is the many changes or shades of grey between black and white or maybe love is like Dorothy living in Kansas in black and white, and waking up in technicolor in the land of the munchkins. Nice work!

Awwww. I know right?! It seems when a person is in love, little else if anything matters.

All I can think about is a caramel-colored cup of coffee? 😝 Those coffee beans are roasted so perfectly. Yes, what are colors in a world of love when love is a spectrum. Lovely poem dear!!!

Sometimes the things we should steer clear of are the things that attract us most, especially in love. An excellent Wayra Rosema.

Love has been defined and described in so many ways. But you described it in a way i wanna run to the nearest starbucks and order americano with a splash of milk… .hahah
