      1. Hey Rosema. I’m not sure if my first comment back worked. I was saying, here if you’ve been in a new position three-months and are doing a good job, often you will receive new pay for that position, or you can talk to your supervisor/boss about a pay raise. The other way is if the company pays for you to go to training (classes on nights or weekends) for this position and after you have the additional education, you can ask or you receive a raise.

        I’m still very happy for you though. You deserve this! Great job. 🎈🍧💗

      2. There are companies here which worked that way too. Sadly, i’m employed in a relatively small PR firm (there’s only five of us) and raise doesn’t happen even two or three years. Jobs pile up, but not money. But yeah. Delight in the Lord. 😉 ❤
