Writing starts in your heart, proceeds in your mind and ends in your hands. – rosemawrites
A writer without a laptop
will still be able to write.
As long as there are words
that can either bite or delight.
Whenever, wherever
no one can block.
A heart, mind and hand
with ideas that can’t be stocked.
Because no space is needed
once ideas are seeded.
And no clutter will matter
to a true-blue writer.

Love this, another excellent piece ❤
You are quite right no space is needed for a writer, you can even write in your dreams,

YES ❤ You've captured the essence of being a writer spectacularly. My muse is punching the air in delight right now and nodding her head vigorously. This is perfect.

I completely agree! I write on my phone when I’m away from my laptop (and while I am at work) 😉 This poem encapsulates the writer’s mindset!

Really awesome post. You are right, a writer will always find a place to write, no matter, the tools used.

Love this poem, Rosema. It sums the writer up wonderfully. I write on anything that moves, or stays still 🙂 Have a great weekend.

The words “bite or delight” connote, creatively, a choice and a consequence (one or the other). You’ve made words and the rest pleasurably to contemplate. I hope clutter is okay for crafting. I wouldn’t know, sister, any other way! Though I do need a sense of space, too, in my life and in my head and heart. Fantastic points to raise artistically–as you do!
