Paraluman
The cerulean skies,
and the inviting seas,
the elegant sunsets
and sunrise’s scenes,
kept my pen and paper
blank and barren.
Until I saw you.

Wow, the person or (as) muse met is more inviting than cerulean skies and seas. That’s inspiration. Maybe passion, too?
Evocative work, sister!

It’s terrible… I think it’s because I’m alone, so I don’t have to appear “mannerly” in front of others! If you come to visit, I’ll probably be too excited to eat–so I’ll just watch you ❤

Isn’t it great how Heavenly Father’s artistry can be so distracting until He brings along what we are really meant to see? This is great, Rosema. 🙂 Have a blessed day!

A lovely poem Rosema. It captures the moment when a thing of beauty inspires us to write and pushes aside writers block.
Here’ my take on Paraluman.

wow, your poem makes me wish I had a muse. I must not have gotten in line for that in heaven. Somehow I ended up with an endless queue of characters demanding I pen them a scene. Having one muse sounds much saner 🙂
