We have watched a lot of movies together,
but there’s more to see.
We have traversed roads less travelled,
but there’s more to discover.
We have captured a lot of treasured moments,
but we can still create new ones.
We have done a lot, love,
but there’s more that we can do.
So please, half of my heart,
don’t bid adieu.

  17. That’s a well-selected image. The camera and rose symbolizing memory captured. The content of the verse, of course, is stronger. I guess at the end there’s a question in the plea, as I imagine most pleas are a request of sorts. What will the answer be? Not that we have to know. The question, as posed, is sufficiently beautiful. Touching poetry, sister.
