I loved this. So short, so powerful, so typical of your poetry! It’s sad to think that they have so few cherished memories they could count them all with just their fingers.

I’ve held on to loads of individual memories, but as I get older I realize the cacophony of those memories can easily drown out individual moments to be cherished. Fabulous ❤
