As I tear you,
curse you,
destroy you,
in every line,
in every word,
in every rhyme,
the ache fades.

But when
the period comes,
the morphine-words
the pain of
your ghost
reigns again.

  1. Ahh, this sadness is evident and palpitate. I like the use of “morphine-words” metaphor. Painkiller, but at the same addictive.
May you have a lovely weekend ahead Enchanting Ema!

      1. Yeah me too. I think it depends who you are (your genes) and how long for drugs. Some can get you addicted straight away, but some take time.
