Why does mind
remembers
mem’ries
that never
happen?
Why do ears
relishes
words
that was never
said?
And why does heart
reminisces
the love
it has never
felt?

Now these are some questions which really don’t have an answer! Awesome post 😀
I guess, it all boils down to the fact that human beings yearn for things/ feelings which are not their own, but they have seen the same with some one else. That’s where the imagination sprouts probably!

YEAH… I guess the is the root. The yearning for something you cannot get. ❤

Beautiful piece. There’s what we’d like to hear, see, feel. They’re hopes and wishes and then, an unfortunate moment when we see reality for what it is.

Yes. It crushes us to know our wishful thinking will stay wishes, and only wishes.
Thank you, Mandi!

The ways we romanticize. Maybe we can’t help engaging in wishful thinking and feeling. Good crafting to get us thinking. Thank you, Rosema!

yes, wishful thinking is the word. We cannot. I think we cannot.

I wouldn’t know what to do if I couldn’t take some time to wish things better than they are. Even when things are pretty good. You’re welcome, and thank you!

I guess it’s because we’re human 🙂 We want what we can’t have and tend to ignore what we do have 🙂

We all love fantasy. The real world is just not what we want but it’s what we’ve got to make do with.
