The Believer

The Believer: A Nonet*

I reached the dead end called neverwhere
as my mind look for your traces.
My eyes didn’t see you go,
ears haven’t heard your voice,
skin haven’t felt you,
only my heart
believes that
you are
true.

  1. Love Nonets and Etherees. Very similar power types. Your Nonet is well written and makes me wonder about this book. It sounds fascinating 🙂

  2. The last four lines have especially solid rhythm and faithful feeling. The whole poem speaks of a heart remaining hopeful even when arriving “neverwhere.” Strongly-expressed searching, Rosema!
