Slowly but surely,
take your step by step journey.
Hand-in-hand take a leap,
with the shepherd of your soul’s sheep.

This is great; it’s like you read my thoughts. The big guy has been urging me to take a step and I have been waffling around in indecision. I decided yesterday to take that step. It’s a doozy but I think–hope–it’ll be worth it in the end.

Oh wow!!! I have no idea you are in a decision making point. I believe the agony is normal, and i believe it will also be worth it! #BELIEVE 😀

Thanks 🙂 I’ve been trying to make a decision for awhile now. The blogging thing is not working out the way I wanted it to.

Hmmm. What do you mean with “The blogging thing is not working out the way I wanted it to.”?

Since I stopped writing poems, traffic has declined to the point where it was 9 months ago when I started this blog. Every day it drops even more. Something I am doing is not resonating but I am doing what I have always dreamed of doing; what I love doing–writing fantasy fiction. I am so grateful for the few who do show up and read. More grateful than you or they will ever know. I got very upset because I spend so much time crafting each piece–I give up sleep to complete them– but instead of attracting readers, they are turning readers away. I am not sure what to do other than to pursue publishing the books to kindle–and fulfilling my sister’s last request. I keep my promises. I’m sorry to vent. I’ve just been out of sorts while grappling with this.

Thank you for letting it all out, Mel! For me, it is not you nor your epic content. You are one fine talented woman who can breathe words alive and who can make talking photos. Please know that. That’s in all honesty, nothing flattery. So.. I guess we have to talk privately. 🙂

Thank you for listening. It’s been bothering me for awhile. My special event was largely ignored and that hurt since I put so much time into making all new imagery for many of the 28 posts.

Hand-in-hand go step by step. What a promising way to take a journey. Your poetic message has already made my week.
I’ve been wearing shoes like those in the image.
