A proposal inside a roomful of books is more than heavenly.
I almost cried when he asked “will you marry me?”
Oh how I wish… he was asking me.

So glad to hear that because I think I am more of a sad writer than a happy one. 🙂

Ah Rose a happy moment will float by you one day and you’ll write it down and find you can be both…

Oh thank you. Honestly, I am happy. A happy person. But when I write, I write more of dark tales. (this week is a concious effort to write positive ones then this piece happened.)

Aww…you’ve somehow managed to send me on a rollercoaster ride with three lines! I started with excitement when I thought she was being proposed to then it shattered when I realized it was the best friend…
Great job Rosema 😀

Well, it’s fun to read with rhyme and imagery and all. Until the sad turn. Clever work!

Oh thank you for noticing the rhyme. I can’t help it. Even poems that should not rhyme, I write with rhyme! 😀 😀 😀

Well, here the rhyme adds a lyrical quality that doesn’t make us ready for the bitter twist. Which is creative crafting. Sometimes I have to rhyme, too. Sometimes for you. (See?)
