Thrilled, that’s what I felt when I first saw you.

Hi!, is what you somehow said when you first know me.

 

Enthusiasm, that’s who I am as I discover you.

Good luck!, you somehow utter as you know me more.

 

Lull, that’s who I am sometimes to you.

Hey! Be back, you somehow say as you look for me.

 

Don’t worry, that’s what I would tell you.

Why?, you may ask me.

 

Treasured, yes that’s you.

I’m just here, you may tell me.

 

Yes, I know, I’ll say to you.

‘Kay, will wait, you say to me.

DAY 33 of 50 Days of Gratefulness

After sharing the must-read classics for 2016, I am now expressing my gratefulness to Goodreads. Yes, you’re reading it right.

The poem above is about me and Goodreads. 🙂 It is a brief description of my presence and most of the time absence to that lovely site.

Nonetheless, I am grateful for the site who lists down my treasured books!

I may or may not be there, but surely Goodreads is on standby mode, waiting for my updates!

    1. Yes! 😀 It is a great site for book lovers, and I believe you can also put your novel there! 😀 (I just don’t know how!) But it is an effective way to reach more readers. On a reader side, it is a great site to monitor your book reads and to discover more books! 🙂

      2. Not promote like advertise, but you can reach out to more readers. 🙂 I don’t know how to apply to be a goodreads author but there is something like that, too. 🙂

      3. Thank you Rosema! I reached out to them and I just received confirmation that my application to be a Goodreads author was accepted. Now I just have to configure my author account and figure out how to reach readers 🙂 Thank you so very much for this. 🙂

      1. Yes I do! 😃 I mostly use it to keep track of the books I’m reading. I also like to look back on what I’ve read during the years. Discovering new books is awesome too. 😊

        I’m way more active here than I am there! 😃 There are times when I decide to be more active goodreader but I always fail. I’m OK with that though. 😃
