BLOG AWARDS: Versatile Blogger

Nothing beats the joy of getting acknowledgements from your co-bloggers. – rosemawrites

After sooo many months, I can now start thanking plenty of lovely bloggers who have nominated me for awesome blog awards.

Today, I am starting of with the Versatile Blogger Award! My super friend T of Thistles and Whistles first nominated me last September (sorry, this was sooo late, T). 🙂 Thank you sooo much! Please do visit her blog. Every post is surely worth your time.

And just recently, Invisible World also nominated me! Yay! Thank you! Drop by and read some of her well-written posts, too!

How does it work? Read on:

  • Thank the person who gave you this award. That’s common courtesy.
  • Include a link to their blog. That’s also common courtesy — if you can figure out how to do it.
  • Next, select 15 blogs/bloggers that you’ve recently discovered or follow regularly. ( I would add, pick blogs or bloggers that are excellent!)
  • Nominate those 15 bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award — you might include a link to this site.
  • Finally, tell the person who nominated you 7 things about yourself.

Now, let me tell you seven random facts about me:

1. I am a Journalism graduate. (That somehow explains why I love writing.)

2. I am a librocubicularist, a reader in bed. 🙂

5. Aside from reading and writing, I consider music as my fortress. My favorite artists are Jason Mraz and Sara Bareilles! ❤

DAY 2 of 50 Days of Gratefulness

Today, I am grateful for the bloggers who clicked the follow button in A Reading Writer. 🙂

I am here to just share my thoughts, and it is more than humbling to know that among thousands or millions of bloggers around the world, they found me and followed me.

  1. I like your award badge. It’s so much prettier than mine. Writing and music are my two favorite things in the world! If I spent every day doing nothing but writing and singing (or playing the piano) I would be in heaven! 🙂

    1. I just searched it online. 🙂 (Google is my bestfriend. HAHA)

Well, Megan, I do agree with you! Those two are the best refuge that we have close to heaven! and WOW you can play piano? 😀

      1. Definitely the best refuge on earth! Can’t get enough of either one of them. 🙂
Well, calling it playing may be a bit of an exaggeration. 😉 I had a few lessons when I was younger and every now and then I like to play a song or two just so I don’t forget it completely.

      2. Those are the same two instruments that I wanted to play! lol. I never got to learn anything on the guitar though.
I hope you get to learn one of them one day. You don’t even have to pay for lessons since YouTube has a ton of tutorials (that’s where I learn my songs from now). It’s never to late to start!

      3. Haha 🙂 I would imagine that guitar would be harder than piano since you have to make chords by placing your hands on the right frets and strumming instead of just hitting some keys. lol

  2. Hi rosema,
It is a lovely read and librocubicularist is a new word for me (:
I’m afraid that time constraints won’t allow me to accept this award but reading the name of my blog really means a lot to me
    Best Regards
