Alejandro kissed me again. His hands had only caressed my face, back and waist but it felt as if they were everywhere all at once. I was so overwhelmed that I thought I would spontaneously combust. I abruptly took a step back and broke free so that he had no choice but to stop the trance he was putting me in.
“What’s wrong?” Aleja’s eyes were wild, hot and and confused. His chest was heaving, trying to catch his breath.
I remained silent and took him by the hand. I quickly led him away from the pool area, through the house and upstairs to my room. After closing the door behind us, I led him outside to the middle of the lanai and turned to face him. I was being bold and I could tell that he liked it.
My eyes never left his as my fingers trailed slowly up his shirt, undid the few buttons that were still fastened and slid it off down the length of his muscular arms. My fingers slid back up his arms and down to his bare chest where I slowly traced the outline of his tattoo. He grabbed my hands to stop me.
“Laney, your slowly killing me, ” he said, his breathing ragged.
“Good,” I whispered. “Let’s take this slow and savour every…single…moment.”
Aleja lowered his head to kiss me but I avoided his lips and lowered mine to his chest to trace the outline of his tattoo with my tongue. He groaned and snapped his back, enjoying the attention of my lips on his skin. He let go of my hands so that he could grab my face and raise my face back to his.
“Laney…”
I kissed him hard and then quickly pulled away, leaving a gap of warm air between us. I could tell that he was trying his best to hold it together but it was just a matter of time before Aleja took control of the situation. I slowly teased my nails down his chest to his stomach and paused when I reached the spot just below his navel. I felt his stomach muscles tense up from my touch when my fingers tugged the drawstring of his white linen pants loose. His chest heaved with each jagged breath he took. The pants puddled to the floor and I quickly stepped back to close the gap between us. With each shallow breath he took, his chest heaved.
“Shhh. Don’t worry. I promise this won’t hurt a bit,” I whispered into his chest, teasing him. He was way past the point of joking around. His eyes were dark with serious intent. He was letting me indulge in my little dalliance but no more. That was clear in his eyes.
I had undressed this gorgeous man in the middle of the lanai while I stood there, fully clothed under the moonlight.
I had literally lost my mind to the power I felt as a woman, to the power I had over him in that moment.
It was intoxicating.

In response to Blogging University’s WRITING 101 Day 19 Assignment:
Day 19: Feature a guest
As mentioned on Day 11, today is the day to publish your collaboration post! Ideally, you reached out to a candidate and gathered what you needed. Today, publish this post, and don’t forget to link back to your collaborator’s site.
Many thanks to the lovely and awesome writer, Marquessa of Simply Marquessa for allowing me to feature her ‘kilig’-inducing story. 🙂
Like what I told her, I will never be able to write such piece because I lack experience. (SEriously! :D)
Thank you again Marquessa!

Don’t worry I couldn’t write something like that either (I too lack experience, seriously). It was an enjoyable read though.
