BLOG-A-VERSARY: Agony turns into Bliss

Blog-a-versary

After a year of taking that leap of faith to end my AGONY, now I feel pure BLISS. It was all worth it. – rosemawrites

It was August 28, 2014 when I first published A READING WRITER’s first post, Agony.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” – Maya Angelou, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

My first readers know that I am Journalism graduate who really want to chase that elusive dream of being a writer.

A year after I started this blog, I can now call myself a WRITER. A PR writer, yes. Not a newspaper writer, yes. But I am now living the dream that I thought was not possible.

(Sorry for getting too sentimental, guys!)

I am just so happy to have this blog and to have those more than 100 followers. Yeps. I know 100 followers is not a big thing, but I am still thankful for that.

As my way of looking back on my blogging journey, expect more BLOG-A-VERSARY posts on the coming days!

It was such a great feeling to overcome that AGONY. But it was the best feeling to know a lot of book bloggers who I can consider as my virtual friends. It’s just pure BLISS!
